1. Call or text us to arrange a suitable pick up time and place.
2. You gather your laundry – Please sort into relevant piles (ie wash only, iron only and wash and iron). If you require different services you must separate your items or they will be weighed together and you will be charged the wash and iron price.
3. We will arrive at the agreed time, will weigh your laundry and confirm the cost.
4. Your laundry will be processed and any instructions adhered to.
5. We will return your finished laundry at an agreed time.
6. Payment is then due and an invoice will be provided. We accept cash and debit/credit cards.
7. Repeat customers will receive their own eco-friendly laundry bags.
